  • Conduct the training session for internal (CX and BD)
  • Support Head Solution Consulting in developing training session and assessment for internal
  • Conduct certification process with a partner and provide a related document that needed.
  • Create and coordinate manual guide of product/module (coordinate with Creative)
  • Create and coordinate document product/module (coordinate with Creative)
  • Create and conduct discussion for certified module based on Subject Matter Expert (SME)
  • Give the enhancement idea for principle development of OOS
  • Create and maintain product system using Jojonomic technology
Qualifications
  1. Minimum 1-year working experience as a solution consultant / business analyst / product owner / product manager or similar role related to the product
  2. Preferably have experience in HRIS implementation
  3. Preferably to having knowledge of IT implementation
